As the founder and CEO of MasterStaff, Inc., one of the nation's fastest-growing staffing agencies, Jennifer launched the company in 1999 and formalized its operations in 2000. As CEO, she orchestrates all business functions, including vendor and client contracts, financial management, legal affairs, and employer relations. With an average of 500 employees on payroll weekly and a remarkable track record of assisting over 37,000 individuals in finding suitable employment across numerous industries, Jennifer's leadership is instrumental in her clients’ growth.

Jennifer has cultivated partnerships with major corporations such as ICEE Co./JJ Snack Foods, Bridgestone America and Hot Topic, delivering outstanding staffing solutions. She has also been engaged by notable companies like Asurion and Macy’s to address their staffing requirements with exceptional success. Since its inception, MasterStaff has achieved remarkable sustainable growth, with annual sales ranging from $7.2 million to $13 million since 2003, currently exceeding $8 million.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Jennifer actively contributes to various associations and serves on numerous advisory boards and boards of directors, including the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), YMCA Rutherford Board of Directors, Women in Technology (WIT), National Defense Industry Association, Better Business Bureau Advisory Board, and the Women’s Enterprise National Council.

Jennifer is deeply involved in the fight against cancer, particularly childhood cancer, leukemia, and the bone marrow transplant community, drawing from personal experiences as a parent. She has supported organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Dreams and Wishes of Tennessee and held board positions in several cancer-related non-profit organizations, frequently speaking at their events.
